• Search Forms: This site specializes in search forms. To submit a web page which does not have a search form, try visiting Google, Yahoo & Live Search. Once there, click on (Submit site, add URL, etc.) and then just follow their directions.
• G Rated: Langenberg.Com links only to G rated web sites, which accept only G rated ads, if any.
• Free, Anonymous, Pertinent & Sudden: When a visitor clicks Go on a search form at this site; pertinent results are suddenly displayed, for free, on the very next screen, with no login, no plug-ins (1, 2, 3), no downloads, no membership, and no EMail address required.
• The Whole Banana: Sites which display a summary only, and then attempt to register visitors in order to obtain useful information are replaced by other sites which display extensive information in the first place. An exception to this policy; social sites on the person page display minimal information, but require a login on their site to obtain further info.
• HTML vs. PDF's & Word Processing Files: Sites which display plain old HTML pages receive the highest listings. And sites that commonly link to content requiring a plug-in (e.g. Acrobat PDFs & word processing files) are de-emphasized, and removed when feasible.
• Efficient: Fast loading web pages, with a track record of high availability are located near the top of Langenberg.Com screens. Pretty formatting and less cookies will also increase the likelihood of a form being located closer to the top of a category.
• Pop-Up & Pop-Under Ads: Sites that display less ads are generally located closer to the top of a category -- while sites are removed altogether for excessively intrusive ads, such as, but not limited to; flying ducks, click the monkey, and pop-up windows which visitors can't close down. This is a judgment call.
• U.S. or International Interest: Search forms at this site query information which is of international interest -- or of interest to the entire US. There are no links to regional search forms at this time.
